Show Notes

New episode released every other Wednesday.

Lisa Al-Hakim is the Director of Operations at The People's Harm Reduction Alliance in Seattle, WA. On her Facebook, she describes herself as a motorcycle riding, punk rock loving, record obsessed, feminist minded, middle eastern harm reductionist. I have always known her to be a woman of passion, driven by her beliefs and directly backing up those beliefs with action.

On this episode we cover her work with the People's Harm Reduction Alliance in Seattle, a health care center with a needle exchange program, and we also touch on an upcoming webinar she is a part of, and some other projects she's lending her hands and her voice to.

Music used in this episode:
Intro: "I'm The Asshole" by Zebrana Bastard
End track: "Stand and be Heard" by 13 Scars
